The manuscript is not longer than 8 pages. The word files with the required format and without page numbered should be sent to BIWIC2012@biwic2012.com before 30th of MAY, 2012.
Publishing policy
The accepted manuscripts (up to 8 pages) will be published in the proceedings at the beginning of the meeting. The selected paper under peer review will be published in journals：
